能够使用话音进行遇险、紧急、安全和公共业务通信。

符合全球海上遇险安全系统（GMDSS）船用无线电通信设备技术要求。

"16"频道为红色独立的按键为求救频道。

技术条件依据是：IMOA.809（19）、GB15304-94、IEC61097-12、MSC.149（77）

设备外部设有符合A.809（19）附件1第13条这规定的标签。
