PST 641UX变压器差动保护装置提供二次谐波制动的比率差动保护,差动速断保护,适用于66kV及以下电压等级电力系统的变压器。

2.保护功能及原理
2.1 差动速断
当任一相差动电流大于差动速断整定值时,动作于总出口继电器。用于在变压器差动区发生严重故障情况下**切除变压器。差动速断定值应能躲过外部故障的-大不平衡电流和空投变压器时的励磁涌流,一般取6~12倍的额定电流。
2.2 比率差动元件
采用常规比率差动原理,其动作方程如下:

建议将元件中的拐点电流 mso-fareast-font-family:宋体;color:black;mso-font-kerning:0pt">I 宋体;color:black;mso-font-kerning:0pt">r0设定为 mso-font-kerning:0pt">0.7倍的高压侧额定电流 mso-font-kerning:0pt">I mso-font-kerning:0pt">e,以保证匝间短路在制动电流小于额定电流即 宋体;color:black;mso-font-kerning:0pt">I mso-font-kerning:0pt">r< mso-font-kerning:0pt">I mso-font-kerning:0pt">e时,没有制动作用。

比率制动系数 宋体;color:black;mso-font-kerning:0pt">Kcd建议取值范围为 宋体;color:black;mso-font-kerning:0pt">0.3~ mso-font-kerning:0pt">0.7,误差范围为 mso-font-kerning:0pt">±5%或--误差 mso-font-kerning:0pt">0.05。
2.3 二次谐波制动
利用三相差动电流中的二次谐波作为励磁涌流闭锁的判据。动作方程如下:

2.4 TA断线
具有瞬时 0pt">TA断线闭锁或告警功能及差流越限告警功能。
mso-fareast-font-family:黑体;color:black;mso-font-kerning:0pt">TA断线启动条件为差流大于差动启动电流 mso-font-kerning:0pt">,在满足下列任何一个条件时,装置退出瞬时 mso-fareast-font-family:黑体;color:black;mso-font-kerning:0pt">TA断线判别:
mso-font-kerning:0pt">1) 启动前某侧-大相电流小于该侧额定电流的 mso-fareast-font-family:黑体;color:black;mso-font-kerning:0pt">20%,则不判该侧;
mso-font-kerning:0pt">2) 启动后相电流-大值大于该侧额定电流的 黑体;color:black;mso-font-kerning:0pt">120%;
mso-fareast-font-family:黑体;color:black;mso-font-kerning:0pt">3) 启动后任一侧电流比启动前增加。
在上述三个条件均不满足的情况下,如某一侧同时满足以下条件,则判为 mso-font-kerning:0pt">TA断线:
mso-font-kerning:0pt">1) 只有一相电流为零;
mso-fareast-font-family:黑体;color:black;mso-font-kerning:0pt">2) 其余两相电流与启动前电流相等。
如差流大于 0pt">15%的差动启动电流,经 mso-font-kerning:0pt">10s延时装置报差流越限,但不闭锁差动保护。这一功能可兼作保护装置交流采样回路的监视功能。
mso-font-kerning:0pt">2.5 非电量保护
从变压器本体来的接点经非电量保护装置重动后,输出一组空接点至 mso-font-kerning:0pt">PST 641UX主保护装置进行事件记录,并可通过 黑体;color:black;mso-font-kerning:0pt">MMI将记录上传至后台计算机。
与非电量保护装置相对应, mso-fareast-font-family:黑体;color:black;mso-font-kerning:0pt">PST 641UX装置通过投退软压板选择何种非电量信息需要进行记录。对于 mso-font-kerning:0pt">“冷却故障 黑体;color:black;mso-font-kerning:0pt">”可经控制字 mso-fareast-font-family:黑体;color:black;mso-font-kerning:0pt">KG1.0选择是否经过延时跳闸,延时时间也可整定,当延时到达后,输出一付跳闸接点 黑体;color:black;mso-font-kerning:0pt">“(X3:8,X3:9)”输入至非电量保护装置,起动跳闸总出口。
