生产方法
1、以1,2-丙二胺和乙醇胺为原料 1,2-丙二胺与乙醇胺中通入氨气,高温加压下氢化制取。
2、以环氧丙烷与乙二胺为原料 由环氧丙烷与乙二胺先制成N-(β-羟丙基)乙二胺后再闭环制取。
用途
医药中间体,是合成洛美沙星的原料。
