油墨特性：

拥有和德国彩丽宝一样的颜色，主要用于PP、PE、BOPP等材料上，具有高色泽、高色彩、高遮盖力、高稳定性、耐酒精及耐磨擦之特点。

印刷：丝印移印均可。

表干及实干时间：表干时间自然挥发5-10分钟；实干时间在24小时以内。

稀释及清洗：SV3慢干开油水、UVK1（移印开油水）同时可使用718洗网水清洗。

测试方法（完全干燥后）：

1、3m胶纸粘在画有百格的油墨表面，45度角迅速拉起不脱油;

2、纯度99%的工业酒精，一千克砝码用棉布包住在油墨表面，以水平力来回拉200次无脱色;

3、 耐磨：橡皮擦500g力水平来回擦500次。

使用方法：

1、使用前应充分搅拌，用后随时封闭；

2、搅拌时加开油水10-15%，稀释到印刷粘度；                                   

3、网板塞网时可用洗网水清洗；

4、不得与其它类型油墨混合使用。

注意事项：

1、塑胶材料的外观相似，但可能会是不同的材料，客户需试印确定其符合要求后，再批量印刷；

2、在移印过程中，如出现拉丝或散开，可适当加入一些慢干膏即可;

3、环境温度过高，将会影响油墨原有质量；

4、根据气候变化，请远离火源，阴暗环境下存放。 PP printing ink series

Matters needing attention：

1, the appearance of the plastic material similar, but may be different materials, customers need to try to print to determine their compliance with the requirements, and then batch printing;

2, in the printing process, such as drawing or spread out, may be appropriate to add some slow dry paste;

3, the environment temperature is too high, will affect the original quality of ink;
