Well, we can’t give you an extra pair of hands but we can enable you to do more with the ones you already have. When you need to run multiple reactions at the same time (don’t you always?) and ensure fine control over temperature and stirring speed, you don’t want to rely on flasks duct-taped to a monkey bar dangling over a stir plate. Which is why the MiniBlock XT was designed by chemists for chemists like you.

The MiniBlock XT is a reaction block that can be configured with 6, 12, 24 or 48 reactors and that fits on a standard IKA-type stir plate. No need to replac your hardware or to make room for new equipment. Small footprint, easy configuration!

The basic reactor comes with everything you need to run room temperature reactions that don’t require inert atmosphere or heating/cooling. But if your chemistry is more sensitive, fear not, we have all the accessories needed to run your reactions under the most stringent conditions.

Configuration and assembly are modular – just pick your basic configuration and the accessories you need and the MiniBlock XT is ready to go!

By the way – MiniBlock XT was designed for solution-phase chemistry. If you are doing peptide synthesis (SSPS) or solid-supported chemistry, please contact us, we have a different type of reactor MiniBlock just for that type of work.
