洛阳华纳精密轴承科技有限公司研发生产的串列推力圆柱滚子轴承具有径向截面尺寸小,结构紧凑,轴向承载能力强,平均每排滚子载荷受力大小均匀,耐磨性较强,使用过程中振动噪声小和使用寿命长等特点,常用于平行双螺杆挤出机的理想螺杆主轴使用。用户根据螺杆中心距、空间和承载受力大小选择二、三、四、五、六、七或八列串列轴承。或者按照客户要求非标定制生产。
串列轴承有以下结构特点:
基本型串列轴承,是通过弹性隔圈将轴圈、座圈和滚子-保持架组件联结。该型轴承为分离型结构,零件可拆卸,使用时务须按照我公司提供的编号次序精心安装、拆卸。
我公司产品带轴型串列轴承,是一种变型结构轴承,在基本型串列轴承的内孔中穿一根轴,并用弹性锁圈将轴承固定于轴上。该型轴承零件不可分离,使用时总体装卸,十分便利。带轴型串列轴承于 2000 年获得,同年被省科技厅评为高新技术产品。
带套筒型串列轴承,在基本型串列轴承的外面套有套筒,使用时总体装卸。
