　【不要一味地苛求别人，自己去做很可能远不如别人】

　　大家可能都遇到过这样的人，他们很少赞扬和欣赏别人，而是一味地在一旁埋怨责怪别人“怎样怎样不好、怎样怎样不行”，还常大言不惭、不知天高地厚地说：“谁不会干呀，要是让我去干，一定比他干得好。”俗语的“站着说话不腰疼”说得就是这一类人。

　　看着很容易的事，实际上做起来往往是很不容易的。一些医学院的实习生，阑尾炎手术看老师做了几十例，信心满满地认为“那是小菜一碟”时，真让他主刀了，甚至连阑尾都找不到。因为，“看着”与“干着”的感觉、体会、认识是完全不一样的。看着的人，由于只是看着，没有亲身去做，所以易只看到事情的易做之处，看不到事情具体的多方面的难处，易只看到自己的那点长处，而看不到自己有很多的不足之处（身体、心里、知识、能力等）。因此，我们不要一味地指责和苛求别人，真的让自己去干，自己很可能干得一塌糊涂，远不如别人。

　　例如夫妻之间，妻子若能理解和宽容丈夫几十年养成的“坏习惯”，患上的“大毛病”，形成的“不良爱好”，那么，就会显得自己很温柔贤惠、善解人意。这样，丈夫不仅会更爱自己，而且会“娇惯”自己，即宽容自己。同时，由于能理解宽容丈夫，也会使自己心情舒畅。——宽容丈夫，也是在宽容自己。反之，若把丈夫的那些习惯、毛病、爱好当成眼中钉肉中刺，看在眼里恨在心里，成日唠唠叨叨地数落埋怨，结果，自己一肚子怨气不满不愉快，还落得个让丈夫不待见而挑剔自己。——苛求丈夫，也是在苛求自己。同理，朋友、同事等社会成员之间，若宽容对方，也是在宽容自己，若苛求对方也是在苛求自己。
