风力发电直接无捻粗纱EWL228 基本介绍及性能特点
风力发电用直接无捻粗纱采用硅烷增强型浸润剂配方。具有优异的织造性能、耐磨性好、毛羽少、与环氧树脂、乙烯树脂具有良好的浸润性,赋予制品较高的机械性能和耐疲劳性能。
技术参数 多轴向编织工艺
编织工艺是在织布机上经过经纱整经、纬纱整理后将经向、纬向、加减45°等直接无捻连续纤维按一定规律交织及在缝编机上将无捻粗砂与毡编织在一起的单向、双向、多向、复合等织物。
使用说明
主要用于生产风电叶片、机舱罩等。
Weaving Process
Weaving is the process of making unidirectional,multiaxial,comppund fabric and products by crossing two sets of threads over and under each other at weft,warp direction or ±45degree on weaving machine,or crossing roving and chopped strand mat together on stitching machine.
Direct Roving for Wind Power
Direct Roving for Wind Power is based on silane reinforced sizing formulation.It has excellent weaving property,good abrasion resistance,low fuzz,good compatiblity with epoxy resin and vinyl resin,delivering excellent mechanical property and anti-fatigue property of its finished products.
Specification model
The filament diameter of EWL228 is 13-17μm(micron)and the linear density of it are 300tex,600tex,1200tex,2400tex.Compatible for EP resin and VE resin.EWL228 product features and application:Excellent weaving property,good abrasion resistance,low fuzz,good wet out with epoxy resin and vinyl resin,excellent mechanical property and anti-fatigue property of its finished product.Mainly used for wind power blade,cabin cover and so on.
