        Pultrusion process involves pulling continuous rovings and mats through an impregnation bath,squeeze-out and shaping section and the heated die.  
Direct Roving for Pultrusion 
       Direct Roving for Pultrusion is based on silane reinforced sizing formulation.It has good integrity,fast wet out,good abrasion resistance,low fuzz,low catenary,good compatiblity with polyrethane resin, provides excellent mechanical property of its finished product. 
      The filament diameter of EW289 is 16-24μm(micron) and the linear density of it are (1200,2000,2400,4800)tex.Compatible for PU resin.EW289 product features and application:Good strand integrity,fast wet out,good abrasion resistance,low fuzz, good compatiblity with polyurethane resin,excellent mechanical property to its finished product.Mainly used for telegraph pole, public facilities,sport equipment and so on. 
Specification model
      The filament diameter of EW150/150H are (13,14,15,20,24)μm and the linear density of it are(600,1200,2400,4800,9600)tex.Compatible for UP and VE resin.EW150/150H product features and application:Fast and complete wet-out in resins,low catenary,low fuzz, excellent mechanical property.Used for making FRP profiles. 
      The filament diameter of EW255/256H,EW258/258H are (13,14,15,20,24)μm,and their linear density are (600,1200,2400,4800,9600)tex.Compatible for EP resin. EW256/256H,EW258/258H product feature and application:fast wet-out,good abrasion resistance,excellent electric perfomance.Used for producing insulating cord Rod, square rod.
