Weaving Process
The warp and weft roving is inter weaved on the loom according to certain rules. The loom consistof shedding,weft insertion,beating-up warp let-off, wind-up etc.Each motion part follow specific time series and coordinate with each other to finish weft warp interweaving and fabric formation.
E Glass Fiberglass Yarn for Electronic and Industrial Application
The product is a continuous roving made from E glass ,providing stabled linear density excellent abrasion resistance,low fuzz,high tensile strength properties etc. It is designed for use in weaving,plastic coating, braiding process and used for making fiberglass fabric for producing copper clad laminate(CCL)and printed cirnted circuit board(PCB).

The filament diameter of EC9-68*1Z30 is 9 μm(micorn) and its sizing type is Paraffin Wax,its linear density is 68tex,its twist is 30±4twist/m,its tensile strength is ≥0.45N/tex,moisture is≤0.2, LOI is 0.8±0.2%, Weigtht is 3.5-4.0Kg/spool.
