4plc控制系统的程序设计
plc控制程序采用梯型图编程完成,根据控制要求,设计出双面单工位液压传动组合机床循环工作的plc控制梯形图如图3所示。图中当组合机床处于自动循环位置时,x013、x014为接通状态,按下启动按钮sb2,y000、y001接通,km1、km2线圈通电并自锁,左、右动力头电动机启动旋转。按下按钮sb3,y004、y006接通,yv1、yv3通电,左、右动力头快速进给并离开原位。在动力头进给过程中,靠各自行程阀自动变快进为工进,同时压下sq,y002接通,km3线圈通电,冷却泵电动机m3启动。左动力头加工完毕时压下sq7并顶在死挡铁上,油压升高使kp1动作,y005接通;右动力头加工完时压下sq8并使kp2动作,y007接通,yv2、yv4将通电,同时yv1、yv3也将失电,左、右动力头将快退。当左动力头使sq复位后,y002断电,km3将失电,冷却泵电动机将停转。左右动力头快退至原位时,压下各行程开关,使y000、y001断电,km1、km2线圈失电,使m1、m2停转,同时yv2、yv4断电,动力头停止,机床循环结束。若按下sb4,x003接通,可随时使左、右动力头快退至原位停止。另外,机床还设计了过载和短路保护。
