2017年4月1日，平地起惊雷。《新闻联播》播出一则重要新闻，、决定设立河北雄安新区。一石激起千层浪，新闻一经播出，引发了的热议。自不必言，雄安新区的”落地”首先带”火”的是当地的房地产业，仅仅15个小时，雄安的房价从千河北雄安新区位于京津冀地区核心腹地，由河北省保定市所辖雄县、容城、安新3县组成。从目前多方面的信息看，决定设立的雄安新区将以白洋淀水域为中心，雄安新区将建设成为绿色生态宜居新城区，形成以白洋淀为核心的优良的自然生态。然而，白洋淀现在的水质情况能否雄安新区的期望呢？笔者通过对有关公开资料的收集整理，发现河北省虽然通过多年的补水和不断加大生态保护力度，白洋淀湿地保护区目前的生物多样性状况已明显，但形势依然不容十分乐观。羽绒业是雄安新区中的安新县的支柱产业之一，目前，该县拥有各类羽绒企业110余家，安新县也曾被轻工业联合会与羽绒工业协会联合授予”羽绒之乡”的荣誉称号。然而，这一荣誉的背后，却存在着对白洋淀水质的巨大隐患。据《财经》报导，这些羽绒企业生产中产生的废水，通到安新县东郊的大沟渠后，七拐八拐就会流进白洋淀。白洋淀另一处威胁，则来自安新县南部的高阳县。高阳县是华北地区的纺织印染基地，固定资产10万元以上的纺织企业近家纺织中间环节漂染行业会造成严重的水污染4000。2016年8月，《燕赵晚报》报导了白洋淀某鱼场发生的这样一件事，这里围网养殖的5万余斤大鱼，因水质突然变黑发臭陆续翻白死亡，直接经济损失30余万元。
