TAG-915-TEMP-XCC03DT RFID 双频温度传感器标签所使用的具有测温功能的 RFID 芯片，非接触界面支持高频 NFC和超高频两个射频接口，高频 NFC 接口通信协议可选择 ISO14443 或 ISO15693，超高频接口支持ISO18000-6C（EPC C1G2）协议，且为支持定时测温数据存储等功能内置了大容量EEPROM，提供纸电池有源工作模式可支持自唤醒连续测温数据储存，在0~10℃区间，以5分钟/次自动测温，电池使用寿命高达1年。可广泛应用于RFID冷链物流管理或者对温度敏感的RFID高值物资管理、RFID危险品管理、RFID防伪溯源等领域。
