无线指令2014/53/EU中EN301489-1测试要求
1.RED Directive 2014/53/EU将替代R&TTE Directive 1999/5/EC.
2.RED Directive 2014/53/EU于2016-06-13开始实施, 并于2017-06-12强制实施, 届时R&TTE指令废除.
3.截止目前为止, RED 指令下的协调标准迟迟未公布, 所以RED指令至今无法正式实施.
RED 指令下EMC标准已有Draft Standard EN301489-1 V2.1.0 (2016-04) ，其以下方面有较大变化:
EN301489 增加了2014/30/EU警示语的要求:
General requirements
Equipment shall be so designed and manufactured, having regard to the state of the art, as to ensure that:
产品在设计与生产中, 必须确保以下状态:
(a) the electromagnetic disturbance generated does not exceed the level above which radio and telecommunications equipment or other equipment cannot operate as intended;
产品产生的电磁干扰强度不能引起其它电子产品正常工作.
(b) it has a level of immunity to the electromagnetic disturbance to be expected in its intended use which allows it to operate without unacceptable degradation of its intended use.
产品具有一定的抗电磁干扰能力, 使其在正常使用无不可接受的性能降低.
The present document contains the common requirements for radio equipment and associated ancillary equipment, excluding broadcast receivers, in respect of Electro Magnetic Compatibility (EMC).
此标准适用于: 无线产品及相关附属产品(但不包括广播接收机)的EMC.
RF exclusion band applies to radio equipment with an operating frequency up to 6 GHz, or for equipment operating above 6 GHz, but whose RF bandwidth extends to a frequency below 6 GHz.
豁免频段适用范围为:
>. 无线产品的工作频率小于6GHz
>. 无线产品的工作频率高于6GHz, 但其带宽频率点小于6GHz.
