AL-FNR型发电机中性点电阻柜为专用于发电厂发电机中性点，以实现发电机采用中性点经电阻接地方式。

The AL-FNR type resistor cabinet is designed and applied to the neutral point of generator in power plant to realize Neutral Grounding of the generator through resistor.

1、 6～35kV交流电网中，电网中性点有可能采用不接地、消弧线圈接地、大电阻接地、中电阻接地、小电阻接地等接地方式，AL-FNR型电阻柜适用于电阻接地方式。

A 6～35KV AC power system may be non-grounded or grounded at its neutral point through arc suppression coil，high resistor，medium resistor，small resistor, etc．AL-FNR resistor cabinets are suitable to resistor grounding mode.

2、 AL-FNR型电阻柜性能稳定、可耐高温、通流能力强，工作时间长、阻值范围大，还可配备电流互感器给保护和监控系统提供模拟量输出。

AL-FNR type resistor cabinets feature stable performance，capability to stand high-temperature, large current, and the product may be equipped with a CT to provide analog output for protection and control system.

3、 AL-FNR型电阻柜为标准产品，可以与电阻或电抗并联运行。这就为电网建设初期规模较小，以后逐渐扩大而要求接地电阻逐渐减小提供了方便，即：便于扩建增容。

AL-FNR type resistor cabinets are standard products and can work in parallel with resistor or reactor, which is convenient for a small-scale power grid to decrease its grounding resistance in the capacitance-increasing course.  

 

 

 

例如：AL-FNR—11/32为32欧姆FNR型11kV电阻柜。

For example：AL-FNR—11/32 is a 11kV-rated-voltage 32Ω-resistance resistor cabinet used for the grounding of a generator.

Note: The resistance value of resistor cabinet shall be pointed out at the time of ordering, those beyond the range may be designed and produced at request. 

a) 适用于户内、户外。

    Indoor or outdoor.

b) 环境温度：不低于－20℃，不高于＋60℃。

    Ambient temperature: Not lower than -20℃ and not higher than +60℃

c) 海拔高度不超过3000m。

   Height above sea level shall not be more than 3000m.

d) 相对湿度：不大于95%（25℃）。

    Relative humidity: not greater than 95%(25℃)

e) 电网频率：58～62Hz（60Hz系统）、48～52Hz（50Hz系统）。

    Frequency of power grid:58～62Hz (for 60Hz system)、48～52Hz(for 50Hz system).

f) 电阻安装点正常状态下中性点位移不超过运行相电压的（1～3）%。

The neutral point voltage shift at the installation point of the resistor shall not exceed 1~3% of the phase voltage. 

g) 安装场所的空气中不应含化学腐蚀气体和蒸汽，无爆炸性尘埃。

   No chemical corrosive gas，steam or explosive dust shall exist in ambient air on the spot.

AL-FNR型电阻柜电阻为不锈钢材料，电阻值大小根据用户要求确定。

电阻柜内可根据用户要求装电流互感器测量中性点电流并可引出到继电保护装置。  

The resistor of AL-FNR resistor unit is made of stainless steel with resistance decided at buyer’s requirement.  A current transformer may be arranged in the cabinet to measure Neutral Grounding current and output the current signal to relay protecting devices. 

AL-FNR-11/32型电阻柜的外形及安装尺寸见图1。若有特殊要求，请在订货时予以说明。

The outline and installation dimensions of AL-FNR-11/32 type resistor cabinet are shown in fig1. special requirement shall be put out at the time of ordering.

八、运输及储存Transportation and Storing    

a) AL-FNR型电阻柜装箱运输。

    AL-FNR type resistor cabinet is packaged in casing for transport.

b) 运输中应防雨、轻放、防碰、向上直立。

   During transportation the device shall be free of rain, handled lightly, not collided and upright. 

c) 存放时应保持直立状态，存放地点空气温度在－20℃～＋60℃范围内，不允许有易燃易爆的气体及化学物质。

  During storing, the device should be kept in vertical situation, the ambient air temperature shall be within ?20℃～+60℃ and the presence of easily flammable ,easily explosive gas, or chemical materials is not allowed.

a)   AL-FNR型电阻柜应连接在发电机中性点与地之间。

AL-FNR type resistor cabinet shall be connected between generator Neutral point and the earth.

b)  电网初期接地电容电流较小时，可选用额定电阻较大的电阻柜。电网逐步扩展时，可选用相同阻值的电阻柜双体并联使用。电网再扩展时，还可逐步采用三体或四体并联的方式。

One resistor cabinet with higher resistance may be applied to a power grid during its preliminary period when the grounding capacitative current is comparatively small, along with the expanding of the grid, a second resistor cabinet with the same resistance may be used in parallel with the former one. Even a third or a fourth one may be added in the same way with further expanding of the grid.

c)  统计电网接地电容电流时，应考虑备用电源投入或分段关合闸时的-大运行方式。

The highest capacitative current while standing power supplies are put to use or switching on and off by section shall be considered when caculating grounding capacitative current of the grid. 

d)  订货时应告知额定电压、额定电阻、电流、电流互感器变比。

The rated voltage, resistance and current of power transformer or generator and the ratio of current transformer shall be informed at the time of ordering.

1、验收时，可检查电阻器的瓷套完好、附件齐全状况。

Check if the resistor is intact and accessories are complete. 

2、验收时，可在常温下测量电阻器的阻值，其阻值变化范围应在额定阻值的±5%以内。

Measure the resistance of resistor under normal temperature, which shall be within the range of ±5% of the rated resistance.

3、电阻柜只能垂直安装。其底座距离地面应不小于1.5米，否则应加遮栏，防止运行人员触摸。标有接地符号处需可靠接地。

The resistor cabinet should be installed upright only. The distance between the bottom and the ground shall be no less than 1.5 meters，or fences should be arranged to prevent operating personnel from touching the device. The part of the device marked with grounding sign shall be grounded reliably.
