更新的EMC指令将于2014年2月26日生效。旧有的EMC指令2004/108/EC将于

 2016年4月20日废除. The updated EMC directive
will take effect on Feb. 26, 2014. The old EMC directive will be abolished on
April 20, 2016.

新指令亦于技术文文件中，加入新要求 : New instructions in technical
documents, add new requirements:

设计概念和制造图像，以及组件方案、子组件、原理等Design concept and
manufacturing image, as well as the c o mponent scheme, child c o mponents,
principle, etc

必要的描述和说明，以理解那些图像和方案，以及理解该设备操作Description and
instructions necessary to understand those images and scheme, and understand
the equipment operation

官方形式的不符合状况也列明在新指令中。新指令指出，任何会员国  应要求相关经济营运者纠正不符合状况，或有关会员国应采取一切适当措施以限制或禁止已于市场上提供的设备，或确保其设备于市场中被召回或撤走Not c o mply with
the conditions of the official form is listed in the new instructions. New
instructions, points out that any member states shall require the relevant
economic operators correct that does not c o mply with the conditions, or the
relevant member states shall take all appropriate measures to restrict or ban
what has been on the market to provide equipment,  to ensure the equipment in
the market have been recalled or withdrawal

制造商应加贴CE标志于每一件个体设备上，以满足本指令的合适要求。而制造商亦应为设备模型，制定书面欧盟合规声明。当设备已投放市场，该声明应与技术文档保存一起。直至10年后，再可透过国家级机构进行处置Manufacturers
should label with the CE mark on each individual device, in order to meet the
appropriate requirements of this directive . And manufacturers should be
equipment models, writing the EU c o mpliance statement. When a device has been
put on the market, the statement should be kept with the technical documents
together. Until 10years later, it can be disposal through the national agency.
