2. Purpose and application目的与应用
The file test is used to test the adhesive strength of metal coatings on metal and non metal production materials, as well as to test the adhesive strength of coatings to one another. 锉平测试是用来测试金属以及非金属制造材料上的金属涂料的粘合强度,以及测试涂料相互间的粘合力度。 The file test checks the adhesive strength of coatings. This is done by exerting a combination of pressure and gravity on a coating using a file. 锉平测试检测涂料的粘合强度。这是通过运用锉在涂料上施加一个共同的压力和重力来实施的。

5. Test Preparation测试准备
5.1 Cleaning the specimens清洁样品 The condition of test specimens must correspond to that of products upon removal from their original packaging. Any dirt, dust or machining residue, etc., adhering to the test specimens must be removed under mains water at 20°C ± 10°C.The test specimen must then be dried with a soft cotton cloth. 测试样品的条件应当与刚从原包装中取出来的产品相符. 测试样品上所粘附的任何污垢,灰尘或加工残留物必须在20°C±

5.2 Specimen pre-conditioning 样品预处理 Store the specimens at least 12 hours in a Temperature of 23°C ± 2°C and a relative humidity of 50% ± 5% prior to testing. 在测试之前先将样品放在温度为23°C ± 2°C以及相对湿度为50% ± 5%的环境中组藏贮存12小时。
6. Performing the test测试的执行 Cut the specimen length wise or cross wise using a hand saw or band saw. Take care that the galvanic coating(s) do not separate from the material and that the base material does not become too hot. 用手锯或机械带锯小心将样品纵切或横切。确保电流涂料没有从材料上分开,且基础材料没有变得太热。 important: choose the appropriate saw blade and the correct cutting speed ! 重点:选择适当的锯条和正确的切削速度!
