Rapidly biodegradable lubricant for railway switches
Klüberbio ALO 32-4000 is a synthetic, rapidly biodegradable special lubricant for railway switches. Its biodegradability acc. to OECD 301 B is ≥ 80 % after 28 days.
As Klüberbio ALO 32-4000 offers good corrosion- and wear protection and is resistant to washout by rain, lubrication intervals can be extended.
The product is effectively protected against UV light, which prevents rapid gumming in sunlight and hence an increase of switch setting forces.

Klüberbio AG 39-602 is an adhesive lubricant for open gears and steel cables based on ester oil and selected additives. Klüberbio AG 39-602 contains > 60 % of renewable raw materials.
Their biodegradability acc. to OECD 301 F is ≥ 60 % after 28 days. Klüberbio AG 39-602 contributes to long component life and good corrosion and wear protection. The finished product meets the biodegradability, minimally toxic and non-bioaccumulative standards established by the US EPA for the 2013 Vessel General Permit. With its good adhesion to surfaces, Klüberbio AG 39-602 leads to reduced lubricant consumption and reduced labour costs.

Klüberbeta VR 87-883 is a speciality lubricant based on silicone oil and contains light-coloured solid lubricants. It offers high thermal stability in the tribo-system, even under the influence of highly varied ambient conditions.
Klüberbeta VR 87-883 offers good adhesion to various materials and their surfaces. While even friction points that are hard to access or narrow lubrication gaps are reliably wetted, the lubricant does not tend to flow off where the component geometry is unfavourable, e.g. in vertical arrangements or moving friction points.

Klüberbeta VR 67-3500 is a soft white adhesive silicone grease. The particular consistency and the use of special silicone oils ensure reliable operation over a wide temperature range for sanitary, beverage and heating valves and taps.
Klüberbeta VR 67-3500 is NSF H1 registered and therefore complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. The lubricant was developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or animal feed industries. The use of Klüberbeta VR 67-3500 can contribute to increase reliability of your production processes. We nevertheless recommend conducting an additional risk analysis, e.g. HACCP.
